All eyes are on Tuesday night. The Chargers will host the Mustangs for a spot in the district tournament. Westview ended their season winning four of their last seven after starting 4-15. Two of those coming against Huntingdon with final scores of 55-48 and 73-54. The Chargers averaged 43.6 points per game in their first nineteen contests, but they finished the season averaging 50.7 points per game over their last seven. It has been a mix of veterans and young bucks. The play of upperclassmen Omarion Harris, Quincy Hamilton, and Brett McGuffin has been accompanied by solid play from freshmen Dontez Joy and Ethan Pettigrew. It's win or go home on Tuesday. One team cleans out the lockers on Wednesday, and the other earns a spot in the district tournament. Tip off is set for 6pm on Tuesday and WUTM will be on the call.
