The UT Martin Soccer team picked up a big win over the weekend. The Skyhawks defeated conference rival Austin Peay 2-to-0 to claim their first road win of the season. Sophomore Forward Hendrikje Baurmann scored 2 goals in a 3-minute span to give the Skyhawks the win. As a team, the Skyhawks outshot the Governors 8-4, with 7 of UT Martin's shots being on target.
The team returns to action on Sunday as they host SIUE.
