The OVC announced that UT Martin Men's Basketball Senior forward Quintin Dove has been named Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Week. Dove wins the award for the second time this season and in his career after averaging 28 points and 8 rebounds per game over two Skyhawk games last week. He scored a game-high 24 points and 6 rebounds in UTM's close loss to Southeast Missouri, before exploding for his 6th double-double of the season with 32 points and 10 rebounds. Dove's week propels him to an average of 21.6 points per game in conference play, the best in the OVC. The team returns to action on Thursday as they travel to Tennessee Tech.
