The westbound lanes of I-40 in Arlington were blocked due to a crash that killed two Tennessee Department of Transportation contractors and left a state trooper injured. WBBJ reported the crash happened around 4 a.m. near mile marker 26.
The trooper was taken to Regional Medical Center for treatment after his patrol car was hit.
