Vanderbilt University announced Monday, Mar. 9, that classes are cancelled for the remainder of the week. After that, classes are suspended until at least Mar. 30.
Only online classes will meet until then.
Vanderbilt University sent an email to their student body and announced the decision on Twitter.
The University of Tennessee at Martin's Dr. Andy Lewter sent an email to students to make sure that they are practicing healthy and safe habits to prevent the illness from coming to Martin.
