A Cool & Mostly Dry Weekend is Ahead

With dew points forecasted to remain in the upper 30s and low 40s, we'll continue to enjoy dry and cool conditions for your Friday. I would encourage you to take a jacket and/or blanket with you as you head out to Friday Night Football games in the Ken-Tenn area. It will be chilly!

The Weekend: A cold front in association with an upper-level trough will advance through the Ken-Tenn area and yield copious cloud coverage on Saturday. I do not believe there will be a multitude of moisture available for this front to work with; however, a few showers are possible Saturday afternoon through the late evening hours as the front comes through. Rainfall rates will not be overly impressive, but it would not hurt to take the umbrella with you.

It will be a chilly start as you head to church or the farmers' market with morning lows in the mid-upper 30s. Full sunshine will return Sunday, but high temperatures will still run ten degrees below our average of 65 degrees.
