The Obion County School District now has school resource officers in all schools. Justin Hobbs, Hillcrest Elementary's new officer, says he was excited when he found out about the opening and jumped at the opportunity. Sheriff Karl Jackson says the county commission voted unanimously to put the resource officers in the schools.
