Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Agents arrested a Chester County man on Friday in connection with a recent homicide.
Agents began investigating Samantha Melendez's death earlier this month. Law enforcement officers identified Jerry Ray Mullins as the person responsible for the death.
Agents arrested Mullins on one count of Second Degree Murder and was booked into the Chester County Jail.
