Both Westview basketball teams will be in action Tuesday night at home where the Chargers are set to open District 13AA tournament play.
The Westview Chargers and Westview Lady Chargers enter the tournament ranked as the number one seed and will have home-court advantage throughout the tournament.
The Westview Lady Changers will host the Crockett County Lady Cavaliers at 5:30 and the Westview Chargers will host the Dyersburg Trojans at 8:00. To abide by COVID guidelines put in place by the TSSAA, Westview's gym will be completely cleared of fans between the two games to allow for the gym to be disinfected.
The Lady Chargers will play again on Wednesday at 7:00 in either the district championship or a consolation game pending Tuesday's results. The boys team will play again at 7:00 Thursday in either the district championship or a consolation pending Tuesday's outcome.
