The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed 1,502 new cases of COVID-19 across the state Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020.
The department also confirmed 16 deaths and 1,760 recoveries.
Weakley County has 353 active cases, according to the department. That is four up from Sept. 1.
The department reported Obion County has 264 active cases, which is seven down from Tuesday's active cast total.
Officials with the University of Tennessee at Martin say 25 students and two faculty/staff members have COVID-19.
