The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed 1,676 cases of COVID-19 across the state on Tuesday, Oct. 6.
The department confirmed 24 additional deaths and 1,805 additional recoveries.
Weakley County has 128 active cases, according to the department, which is a net decrease of 11.
The department said Obion County has 232, which is a net decrease of six.
Officials with the University of Tennessee at Martin said 46 students have the virus, along with four faculty and staff members.
