The Eastern College Athletic Conference announced that UT Martin junior Equestrian rider Abbie Hopkins has won Eastern College Athletic Conference Rider of the Week awards. She wins the awards for both fences and flat riding after posting a perfect 4-0 record in both events in two UT Martin matches last week. With a scoring average of 86 points per match, Hopkins earned 3 MOP honors out of her four matches. This marks the 5th time she has claimed ECAC honors on the season. The team returns to action on Saturday as they travel to Deleware State.
