Agents with the TBI charged a man in connection to an 18-year-old murder case. In 2001, investigators found Etta Etheridge inside a home unresponsive.
Her death was ruled a homicide. Over the years that followed, the investigation continued. On Monday, the Henry County Grand Jury charged Douglas Talley with one count of First Degree Murder.
Tuesday, Talley was added to the TBI Most Wanted List. Yesterday, Metro Nashville police arrested him. Talley was booked into Davidson County Jail.
