Nashville started out their road trip with a crushing 7-4 loss to the Los Angeles Kings. After being down all game, the Preds started to show signs of life in the third period by tying the game up at four with 8:30 to go in the third period. The Kings quickly shut down Nashville’s comeback with three straight goals from Alex Iafallo, Dustin Brown, and Drew Doughty.

After their failed comeback attempt against the Kings, the Predators took out their anger on the Las Vegas Golden Knights in a dominating 5-2 win. A power play goal by Nick Bonino in the 3rd period marks the fifth straight game with a power play goal for the Nashville Predators.
